This is why Literacy First provides a set amount of open consulting and coaching to all school implementations, allowing you to define how to best build and use your support network. Your consultant can be available to site administration, reading specialists, and key staff members on-site at key times, or by phone or email on an ongoing basis. The specific amount of hours included with your Literacy First program varies by Grade Level program, but can be customized as needed. Your site analysis will help define how consulting and coaching can best aid your program goals.
